Choosing value or price for a tires ?

For me tire noise is not an important consideration factor. I can live with rather noisy tires as long as it gives excellent grip and more predictable handling. As for the noise, well I always listen to heavy metal music anyway in the car so tire noise is surely not noticeable anymore!High price for low noise that all?
