CEL issue

hi guys,

i'm having problem with my car sometimes the check engine light is on while driving and sometimes when start the engine..but when u off the engine and on again..no more cel. but it happened alot of time already..and nearly 1 month..after cel on..can feel the car abit sluggish.

went to my mechanic he check the light code is 38, which 3 times blinking slowly and 8 times blink fast..but it's not written in the k engine dtc flash code..but not sure whether is 3 long flash with a pause then 8 short flash..if so what's the trouble code ?

btw, i'm using k100, went to jacky but couldn't detect the code, haven't try the obd scan tool, where can check ar?will honda entertain this kind of problem ? coz last time i try to go to honda for servicing my car, they said they don't service reckon car.

i know dc5 has alot of o2 sensor problem, just curious if really o2 sensor problem, coz i thought if o2 sensor problem, the cel will not goes off even u off and on the engine..
