Toure, Adebayor and Eboue charged. I think Wenger pretty much sees it coming. I can understand the charge on Toure and to some extent Eboue but certainly the one on Adebayor is plain stupid. I mean the referee sents him off, he gets pissed off and wanted to question the referee's decision thus refusing to leave the field and when just when you think the FA will use video to clarify who struck Bridge, they charge him for failing to leave the field quickly. I feel for Adebayor who got sent off for trying to calm things down, instead he was red carded and will be charged for not leaving the field. This is plain stupid. How do you expect an innocent guy to leave the field after being accused of hurting an opponent which he didnt. I doubt anyone in the sane mind would calmly walk away from the pitch while playing in a cup final. With Adebayor, Eboue possibly out for 3 games and Toure definitely isn't playing, Arsenal will be abit thin. But I have no doubts on the kids that could fill in. At least we have Gallas, Aliadiare and Hoyte to cover for the 3 that will be suspended.

I still feel bad for Adebayor. Its probably the same idiots at the FA that banned Rooney for 3 matches for a card he received in a friendly game.

I had this gut feeling we were going to lose therefore i didn't watch the game today. Feel bad for Arsenal as they've not won any game for like over 2 weeks already. The young kids confidence must have taken a knock or something.

Its been Arsenal's problem this 2 years. Inability to kill of the opponents. Superb built up, nice intricate play and one touch passes but when it matters most, that is scoring, they just fail to open the opposition's defence. Compared to few years back when Arsenal were scoring like nobody's business. They played simple one touch and quick fire football. They get the ball, whip it across field, Henry will just run to it and slide it into goal. Goals were coming from all angles.

Hope we'll have a good game this Saturday.

well, i read somewhere mentioning something bout arsenal's playing style... they tend.. to over elaborate things.. like, u know.. trying to dribble rite to the goal front only then decide to do some tight goal... many times they could have killed things off quickly.

Zephy, its obvious that Arsenal pass around too much inside the box. Its almost as though they want to score the perfect goal, or they don't want to take the blame if they don't score. I've watched and briefly analyse Man Utd and Chelsea's game. They are quick, efficient and score goals from nothing. If you watched how Chelsea normally score, the ball normally come from deep, takes a good one touch, ball gets to Drogba, he finishes it. Thats just typical efficient Drogba. Same goes to Man Utd who play really good long balls. Arsenal on the other hand are more technical. They get the ball from deep, take a few touches in the midfield, pass it to the wing, pass to Adebayor and they probably try a few intricate pass and then score. If the ball falls to Hleb, he'll probably even do some fancy footwork.

Also, before Rosicky arrived, we never really had a player who could comfortably take shots on goal. Pires, Vieira, Ljungberg, Fabregas, Gilberto, Wiltord and etc are technical players who rely on pace to score.

Finally a win for the young Gunners. The suspension of the 3 fighter didn't really affect us much as we could still play our normal game as the backup did really well. I'm just surprise the way Denilson fit into our gameplay as though he's played there for ages. He looks pretty comfortable with some decent touches and moves. Also, i'm most happy with the contribution of Diaby. He's a ball winner and his movement and ball control is pretty good too. Maybe Wenger should give him the number 4 as he runs and plays so much like Vieira. Baptista has an average game as he still has not got used to the pace and intensity of the EPL. Despite scoring a goal, i feel that he's got a long way to go before being a star. Fabregas had a real unlucky game. He chose to trip at the most vital moment and also very unluckily flick in an own goal. I thought he had an ok game as his overall contribution is quite good.

Overall it was a good performance by the young Gunners though they didn't look really convincing in front of the goal. The first touch and finishing let them down a little but i suppose they are so young and deserve to be given more playing opportunities to excel.

baptista scored......yeahhhhhh.....but thats it.....nothing else came from him.....i rate aliadiere more then him.....at least that young crapaud can run and willing to fall deep to help the defence......walcott need to give more time upfront.....with his burst of speed he can leave defender dumstuck.....just that he need to sharpen his finishing......but overall good play by arsenal and reading...

A miss of the season contender for Fabregas as well. Up there with Rooney and Ronaldo's attempt, hehehe.

guys, after discussing with the RAWK folks, we've decided that the venue will be at Broadwalk Phileo Damansara, please do let me know if you guys are still in? Please do bring some of your friends. The more the merrier, but no punching business after the game ya?

A car’s windshield might give out the impression that it could withstand the impact from little pebbles or roadside debris, which is pretty much true. But things are a bit different when you add up some speed and size to that flying object, where it could either result in cracking your windshield, or simply smashing it into a...
