Hello friends,
Recently one friend of mine told me he is using 7A-FE with 4A-GE A/T and running with 7A-FE A/T ECU.
I have a 4A-FE A/T. So my question is that A/T for 4A-GE and 4A-FE are they same? Will it give me any benefit if I put on 4A-GE A/T with 4A-FE running on 4A-FE A/T ECU.

Please put some feedback :)

Sorry for the lack of support. But in our defense, if you're using 4AFE auto, just use what you have, don't change nothing unless the gearbox is malfunctioning.

You're just wasting money that you can save for a proper half cut swap.

ok.. now here is my confusion; I am sure 4A-FE and 7A-FE has the same A/T gearbox. So how the 7A-FE is running perfectly with a 4A-GE A/T gearbox without any modification :S

Performance figures from an Exige S are immense. It does zerotohundred in about 4 seconds, it is as light as a feather, churns 8000rpm from a supercharged 1.8 Toyota engine that is bolted to an overgrown go-kart chassis and wrapped in a fiberglass bodyshell weighing in at 930kg in total. There are absolutely no gimmicks here. No paddle shifting, no auto blipping and not much of anything else...
