Look very much like an ordinary valve cover oil leak. But since you're going to fix it, best to check the spark plugs oil seals as well...

got the cefiro already.very sweet ride.coming from a bare nissan sentra LEC.although i heard some knocking sound coming from the engine during starting and at very low rpm.im quite sure that it needs timing chain tensioner replacement.what do you think?

Depends on the type of knocking sound. At that mileage, your timing chain tensioner should not be loose yet.

Maybe just not started for a long time. Change the fluids...oil, coolant, gear oil, etc and drive it around for a bit and see if it smoothens out...
