Consideration for acquiring a hybrid vehicle, there are many on the road nowadays, eg: Honda insight, lexus hybrid,
Do remember that you need to have a deep pocket, after 5 years the battery ill wear out and you need to bear a cost of 8000 for the change of battery as well as other spare parts in the component of the vehicle eg: environmental friendly converters parts and many of the interior electronic parts which will wear and tear by time.

The Civic Hybrid IMA batt wears out pretty quickily if car is seldom in use or parked under the hot sun... My IMA batt lasted me almost 3 years and 78000 km before it failed... Luckily car is still under warranty and thus a free change of batt... but overall, its a nice car to drive with really go fuel mileage...:biggrin:
