its around 16". I will check again.
no av connection but it does come with an Antenna slot. You can get those convertors you want to connect it to astro.
picture quality is great. tested it on a condo built in receiver.
Buttons are ok. Speaker in ok. No cracking sound or anything.

RM20 sounds a little unreasonable for a TV in such an excellent condition.
But if you're willing to self collect, it should ok.
