but the list of the car im sure that everyone understand why the price its over thn 50K..

those who know sh*t about EK9 don't make a bodoh comment la "some more not original Type R". Pound for pound this is way better than original EK9. Confirm Original EK9 kena two or three tiang. If you don't have the money to buy just keep quiet. Looking at the spec the car is worth some 80K++.. so 75K is a fair price. If can nego some more better.

wrong.. most will buy this car CASH/COD/TUNAI.. no loans.. no more loan next year is not the reason. Fully loaded EK2D is for those who have large cash.. those with no cash can go play elsewhere or take a bus with your girlfriend. Or may be, buy a Saga BLM because can get full loan.. and I'm saying this matter-of-fact-ly with not the slightest intention to hurt anybody's feeling.

75k for fully loaded ek 200hp? i dun give a damn wei ...no need to talk bullsh*t here bro. i wonder y all vtec boys all talk big2 same like the sound of the exhaust. pranggg2 here and there but at last kena smoke with fully loaded low cost e3. better think b4 u talk big2...i just said the loan cant lepas for 1996 car only next year. no need so harsh la bro... peace n gluck to the seller...
