that is why i got mine at 135k otr...
135k vs 130k civic... no brainer right...

But serious thing is that consumers tend to choose cars more on the reliability and long term
car. So, I'm not surprise if some would prefer to get the RM132K Altis rather than 135K VW.

Cuz majority wants a reliable, low maintenance and less hassle car. So usually would go for
cars that is well known for that. Maybe nissan and honda cars too.

Well, individual preference though. Me, I might also pick Jetta actually if really DSG Trans wasn't the main
concern here.

Contrary to what vr2 says () , I really dislike the look of the Cerato. Price is higher too and what is with that weird high roofline look? I'd grab the Forte over this anytime. And I might too. Pending wifey test drive.

Btw guys, what is the actual reason behind the DSG (dry) problem? I've been trying to google it but no one seems to know.
