The latest raging bull is one fine concoction of automotive and art, leaving us as breathless just from admiring its sleek silhouette as we would be from riding shotgun as it’s pushed to the limits.

The process of crafting an Aventador can’t be easy and the folks at Sant’Agata want to share the meticulous work and craftsmanship that goes into building one of these masterpieces, not just piecing it together but right from the design process itself.

Lamborghini started from sketches on paper which were then transferred to a computer to be fine honed by design software and also to test the appropriate materials to be used in the construction. No doubt, the state-of-the-art carbon fiber monocoque was the product of many hours of computer testing.

Work on the glorious heart, the all-new V12 mill that pumps out over 700hp is just as incredible. Lest we forget the new Independent Shifting Rod (ISR) seven-speed transmission as well. The end result is breathtaking and will no doubt go down as one of the greatest cars, if not Lamborghinis, ever built.

In 2:34 of the video, those are actually the rear lights from a Gallardo, and not Aventador :)
