The DIY Nissan Juke-R Faces Its New Opponent; the Bugatti Veyron!

We once thought that the Juke-R is just a fancy creation from the bored guys in Nissan, trying to answer their curiosity on what will happen if they stuff a 3.8-liter twin-turbo engine from a GT-R into an innocent Juke crossover. The results were shocking and this crossover monster seems to garner a lot of attention, especially from the filthy-rich Arabs which had resulted them putting it into production.

But the 500+-horsepower Juke-R is immediately overshadowed by a DIY Juke-R made by Shpilli Villi Engineering from Russia, where their decision in strapping the GT-R engine with HKS turbos produced a massive output of 700-horsepower.

The crossover was also seen entering the Gran Turismo Nurburgring 2012, and their participation in the Moscow Unlim 500+ drag race really turned heads as is could run side-by-side against a 900-horsepower Porsche 911 Turbo Switzer. But that has yet to reach the best part yet.

DragTimesInfo had recently uploaded a new video, and this time it shows the Juke-R facing a more formidable opponent; the Bugatti Veyron. Packing 1001-horsepower, the Juke-R might not stand a chance as it has less 300 horses, but one should also remember that the Nissan is much lighter than the Veyron.

So who will win this epic drag battle; the Juke-R or the Veyron? Better sit back and click play as you are in for a ride that you will never get to see anywhere else!
