i think mivec launch manually, not via ecu signal.. same like using afc neo to activate mivec/vtec.. correct me if i'm wrong..

my opinion, mivec run better without turbo, trust me, if u want to play with boosting just go with evo4g63/67.. just wasting all money on mivec turbo.. you won't feel enough..
