Can, the 1.3 wira front weigh shouldn't be much different from 1.5 wira, even 1.8 also can, just need to revalve the absorber to change the damper rate.

Forgot to mention, last time I checked with speedworks, this set can be upgraded to hard/soft adjustable too, they quoted me RM800 for the upgrade (may be can nego somemore), but only for front set. Rear set seldom got ppl adjust damper one as very troublesome to take out the rear speaker (mine is WiSE) just to adjust the damper rate.
