Same prices, this is very good price for HID with my quality on product and service.
RHD (right hand drive) shield means it working for RHD car, check ur head lamp that is a different on all car reflector (same reflector but the line on the right and left go different way)

most properly ballast or ur beam not in the right focus ....

beam kevinc got help me adjust abit d..but the thing i compare with same wor... even the city i compare got slightly glaring (might be beam shoot higher) but still brighter than me...swt... so is ballast problem? why not bulb ar?

Bulb rarely cause bulb lumen drop is pretty less.
6000k lumen range 2800-3200, is only 400 lumen diffrent and can't be tell by naked eye.
2. hardly see two bulb fail at the same time.
3. Bulb technology is much more easy compare with ballast.
4.Euro ballast = 1200v (only oem ballast make in euro)
5. Asia Ballast = Korea 800v, Taiwan (good brand) 700-800v, China (not all la) or those rebrand type (said make in jap/asiapacific/itally)400v-600v only.

so means the more V the bulb brighter lah?
