btw, that is a small amp only, old model of Audiovox 2ch amp, 150watt max... :lol: maybe RMS will around 30watts only...

Guys,

Got problem with my car. Installed an italian amp 2 days ago. On the way back,
experienced the dimming lights (tail and head lights) whenever I pushed to
volume 24 on my Sony HU. Yesterday the car won't start. After checking
for all other possibilities, finally I took out the live wire for the amp
from the battery terminal and the car is ok. Today, I can start my car but
whenever I reconnect the wire and fuse for the amp, the rpm meter is
erratic, moving between 400-800 rpm. Should I do an electrical check to
see if any of my relays are affected? BTW, my amp is 4 x 60w. Anybody
got any idea??

hmm... installing ICE will cause all these problem wan ar?
eg. dimming lights....

what should we do to solve this problem? interested to know too so next time i know what to do....

dimming possible is ur amp suck many power from ur power source , try to change ur alternator and add capacitor . yes , i have repair amp .

It's 4-month-old din 66 Yokohama battery and currently testing Audio
System Twister F240. Prior to the amp installation, I never have any
electrical problem on my citroen evasion...

FOr those who want to repair amps.. call this guy.

Also for the Cirtoren.. probably the wiring is nto correct.. disconenct all speaker n rcas with the power wires in and see if it still happens... go back to the shop and get them to check,
