[WTA] Retuning E-Manage

Just want to ask, after overhauling and balancing my engine, do I have to retune my E-manage?

I did not modify or up any performance parts or change any parts... same parts, just overhauling, replacing the old stuff.

Yes, becoz your engine compression could be restored.
