Where to custom made Turbo gasket

Any shop capable of cutting a steel sheet to become like this : it's GTO's TDO4 turbo exhaust flange gaskets (big size one) for turbine outlet & eterna turbo gasket for turbine inlet . different size of flanges

machine shop should be able to get the job done......there are a few in my housing area.
