Where can i get this lips for EF?

Hello everyone could someone pls tell me what kind of lips is this?Some say Mugen dunno from EG or EK but this guy fit on EF n looks cool also..(need some mod tu fit in EF9's bumper)

Works fine for me...i can view the pic...

From the looks of it, it's EK 99 specs lips. U can get it at GC Motorsports Sg Wang or Uptown. I think RM140. Just dun let them modify and install it. Go to a place when they really know how to do it.
