1. if project not according to schedule = extra over time = additional cost involved (an additional of RM70 Mil for these is kinda ridiculous)
2. structural design wise = more curves, higher the bridge = expensive
3. material used = concrete used on sea water, steel sheet piling, steel structures = more complex, high concrete grade = expensive
4. hiring bridge specialist consultant from oversea is an additional cost. KLIA hires a manager from oversea, monthly RM60k+ salary... -.-'
4. because singapore doesn't want to waste money to build extra bridge due to Link 2 is not fully used up except during school holidays or festivals. I do wonder why our government wants to build a new bridge zzz
