The part number already stated in the first page. Anyway, here it is - model GSS-342 and the install kit 400-883.

As mentioned on the top, ALL UNITS SOLD OUT. The next batch will be arriving in approx 2 months time.

As for Evo5, I'm not sure. The fuel pump can be use but the only difference I can think of is the install kit. Perhaps you can ask your mech before getting one.
