hi everyone...

has anyone of you booked a waja cps recently...i booked mine on 20 oct & todate there is no sign of the car...the salesman claiming that the delay is due to proton not able to supply enough cars...im asking because his reason is hard for me to believe....does it mean so many are buying waja cps& proton aren't able to supply enough....i don't think so ...in my town i hardly see any waja cps apart from the pegawai penyiasat ...

many years back my aeroback was ready in 2 weeks...later my wira was ready stock...this is the first time im facing delay with proton edar.....furthermore the salesman is not able to promise any estimated date...

i just want to know if its me alone facing this predicament OR many out there....

thank you

the lesser the car, the longer the period of waiting...i think the producer waiting to have enough order and only produce

oh i see hw cum i can't get...mine is proton edar in senawang,seremban.....the worst part is after i cancel they can only refund my deposit in 4 weeks the fastest...!!! that means i have to wait whole of december & book another car in late dec or early jan only....or i have the option of getting the persona...

if i'm not mistaken, the new vios J would cost below rm65k.I've heard bout it but not so sure la.manual transmission, not so many electronic gadget like side mirror manually adjusted and such...if it is below rm65k,that would be a good buy compared to proton car.No offense k.Me too using a gen2 cps...

i think vios j with auto trans would be rm69k but the manual version would be rm65k or rm64k not sure coz manual cheaper than auto.if rm69k is the new price for manual,i think it is over budget too but wouldnt mind digging for extra rm4k to get new vios.huhu.the old vios looks nicer than this new vios.

i've used cps for about 7 months, performance wise 0-160kmh is quick, max speed i drove 200kmh,the lowest fuel consumption i achieve 6.6l/100km which mean around rm12 for 100km driving, cps doesnt have too much prob compared to iafm.few of my frens who are using persona with iafm, the intake unit got some problem la.knocking sound and it goes louder as u step on the gas.ppl at sc said iafm faulty, changed it n no prob at all.2 of my fren experienced ths with their persona.

to me,im not dissapointed with cps.quite ok for me.power is nice, consumption is nice if u know how to drive it.hehe.

Random Post Every 5 Minutes

Guys,

Plan to bring in an used car for my mid range distance travel.
Due to budget concern,
yrs 1993 7th gen Toyota 1.6L SEG (M) and 5th gen Honda Civic 1.6L EFI (M) are short listed in my plan.

Need opinion here:

- Which car have

1) Cheaper maintenance cost
2) Handling
3) Better fuel consumption
4) After market performance parts
5) Better Chassis quality
6) Accessories support such power window, central locking etc.

Please advise... Thx :driver:
