MANAGEMENT TRAINEE 管理层实习生
RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES 责任/工作范围
1）Individual chosen for this program are provided the necessary training and receive on-the-job experience in various department within the company
参与者将会参与公司各部门的在职训练
2）Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be given opportunity to fill suitable positions within the company

DRAFTSMAN/DRAUGHTSMAN 绘图员
RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES 责任/工作范围
1）Responsible for product drawing and specification preparation as well as design of jigs and tools if necessary
负责准备产品制图和规格，夹具，装配架和工具的设计
2）Evaluate new product concepts for manufacturing capabilities,including budgetary limits for such products
评估新产品的概念并给于生产能力，预算等等的意见
3）Assist engineer/executive to prepare documents and work instructions
帮助工程师/行政准备文件和操作说明书
4）Prepare AutoCad drawing and diagrams for client proposals and reports
准备给客户的AutoCad制图，图表和报告
5）To maintain the cleanliness of the workplace (5S - SORT,ARRANGE,CLEANING,STANDARDIZE,DISCIPLINE)

3）Sounds experience in Mechanical design e.g. stainless steel oven,chiller,freezer etc but is not a pre-requisite

1）To issue PO and liaise with suppliers & vendors

2）To negotiate best pricing,monitors and assures continuous improvement of suppliers performance
负责商议价钱，管理和确保供应商的质素
3）To maintain proper records of purchases,quotations/sources,supplier information and documentations
负责管理文件例如报价单，定单，供应商资料等
4）Work closely with vendors to ensure good quality,competitive price and on-time delivery
与供应商紧密合作/沟通确保原料品质稳定，价格合理和准时交货
5）Responsible,honest,independent and good attitude

6）Coordinate purchasing and shipping/receiving activities

RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES 责任/工作范围
1） to assist immediate superior in day to day quality control matters
帮助上司处理日常在质量事件/问题
2） to assist immediate superior to ensure that all the quality records are properly maintained in accordance to QMS
帮助上司处理 ISO 的文件和记录
3）develop functional system such as operations,maintenance,quality assurance,purchasing,commercial,environment,safety,health,human resources,etc as per requirement of various international standard e.g. ISO 9001 etc
开发有效的操作，维修，品质保证，采购，环境，安全，健康，人事等等的ISO相关系统与文件
4）support the organisation in getting the system successfully audited by certifying bodies (ISO etc)
负责公司 ISO 外部[独立]稽核
5）improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the system by applying various statistical,diagnostic,analytical and improvement tools (e.g. 7 QC tools, 6 sigma etc)
