Problem with 1jz engine

I just install my bmw e46 original engine to 1jz 2.5 engine....today i got two problems,

1. smoke came out from the exhaust.

2. Water temperature high.....Defi reading 120 degrees....should i change the...

i nearly conned by halfcut people that pump they offer me was pump from 1.5cc mitsu car..the look actually very identical..can someone tell me the difference and how to recognise Evo's fuel pump?the no. on the pump...
Fuel Pressure for your Skyline
Do you guys install the aftermarket adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator on your engine ?
Mind to share wat the pressure you guys set ?
And ... anyone know wat is the original fuel regulator pressure ?
