did you viewed some of the putras and gtis before you get your LMST?
I saw some of the '97 putras are selling for RM20k plus only.
It's dangerous to get gti. No.1 thieves target.
What you intend to upgrade on your LMST? Mind to share a bit...

but, the maintance for a putra is high. just like my cousin putra. Pass 3 years, he bought for Rm39k. Then, fix around RM10k. Some more convert from auto to manual.

On my LMST, the thing I gonna to upgrade is the suspension. Gonna put adjustable absorber, use more ultra racing product, brake servo and at last, rebore from 1.3 to 1.5cc.

I still study there. hehe. So far, fender bar. Rear strut bar and lower arm bar coming soon. hehe.

putra is the cheapest maintainen car but powerful
i bought one last 6 months
but it is need $$ for 2nd car
so i spend some on it for suspension restoration
and i change something to engine bay
then now is good already! powerful!
by the way
i am driving black color putra and sometimes i go desa setapak one
hahha but im not tarcian
is that ok?

one more thing
if can don install UR bar...
if you want chassis stability..
i think you use aluminium bar is already good enough
and don use fender bar
not so good (if happen accident) it might cause driver hurt on leg...
but UR you can go install lower arm bar
that is good...
for 3 box car better get a rear bar...
