bro, i have no vacum meter in my car. so honestly i don know how to activate it by looking at the meter la. my experience is that u can feel it when u are pressing 1/3 throttle or half throttle, and ur car will go much smoothier. for hihgway driving, just keep ur pedal at certain depth, and u will find that ur car speed is going up itself SLOWLY. by this u can save some fuel lo. if u really want it then surely can neg la the price. standard air intake can feel the difference the most.
