By definition, Scrape means "rub or cause to rub by accident against a rough or hard surface, causing damage or injury".
The title is inaccurate. Sorry to highlight this, but a wrong is a wrong.

Also to TS, it would be much better if you blur the registration plate of the car involved in accident, in the name of decency and respect to the victim.
Imagine your car involved in accident, and ppl around the world saw the car in the photo and confirmed it belongs to you. lol

Sad to see this. If the trailer was stationary and left there, the driver of the trailer should be charged with manslaughter. Public roads are not an effing parking lot.

I have read of many such accidents on the NKVE also, trailer broke down etc... They should marked themselves more clearly if they really broke down....
