scan gauge II is250 jp spec

Has anyone plug this thing on our car before?

I tried plug in but can't get it detected to my car.

Even force to use some different mode. TRC and VSC and airbags lights all on.
but still can't get it run.

basically this is a gauge that connect via OBD-II port. which compliant with most of the car after 1995.

It can display alot of information include error code that comes from ECU.
