that price is pure engine..
not included turbo + turbo manifold so on.
as well NO ECU included.

And it still not pure RNN14 spec since it using 17mm bearing
instead of 19mm kit

you you have read how to built a blue printed engine
you will know it worth that effort..

remember all brand new stuff..
