How to install

1. Measure your old hose.

2.Mark your Cool-Flex, clamp it and cut it with a fine-tooth hacksaw or cut-off wheel.

3. Form Cool-Flex to fit your car.

4. Install clamps in end covers. Expand them into their grooves.

5. Insert rubber connector, make clamps finger tight.

6. Fit connector and cover onto Cool-Flex. Note tapered end of cover goes toward hose.

7. Slip connector onto radiator and water pump.

8. Align covers so that clamp screws are hidden and tighten clamps with proper tool.

9. Install the lower hose the same as your upper hose, making sure the hose is clear of any moving parts.

If you have a Big-Block engine, you may need a two inch adapter and cover at one end when installing a lower hose.

10.Refill your radiator, run the engine, and check for leaks as engine reaches operating temperature. Shut down and let it cool, then retighten the clamps. Check your coolant level, and top off your radiator.
You're ready to ride!
