Man. Just got back from Penang. And boy! What a drive! Nice to finally own a car which can easily shoo others from your lane. Now I gotta brace myself for all the saman that's coming in :lol:

The car's functioning great even after the 800km journey.

Yeah, I know. Alignment all berserk. Was pretty shocked when I saw the settings on screen.

I am running what Faisal recommended me:

Front
Camber: -0.5 degrees
Toe: -
0.25mm

Rear
Camber: - 1 degrees
Toe: - 1mm

Although if i am not mistaken, Sam gave me slightly more toe in front. Car feels great, been running around like a mad fella the whole weekend! Hahaha. Need to readjust steering coz its not aligned, but the car is very, very straight. You can let your hands go at 160km/h and it won't move and inch.

If the allignment is really really perfect can even do a " look-ma-no-hands" stunt at 180km/h... heh heh. I did it on Changkat Jering stretch once...

About the front toe.. -0.5mm toe per side is ok. equates to 1mm total.

here is the SR3 alignment data. pls get it spot on for total drving performance:

Front toe = -0.25mm each wheel
Front Camber = -0.5deg each wheel

Rear toe = +2mm each wheel
Rear Camber = -1deg each wheel

Alignment abit off
Full-bodykit not properly fitted
Dashboard rattling
Car bodysqueaking

Car boot is not aligned
Gear change not accurate (slipping)
Clutch slipping
Glove compartment not aligned

Just wondering if these problem can be rectified? And my RPM goes up unusually fast....end up driving 3th gear even when travelling at 40kph. Whats the normal RPM range? Mine keeps going above 4000rpm and it's very loud.

Please enlighten.

Hmm as for bodyparts not properly fitted, i thought we were suppose to check all these parts before colecting the car from PE!!

Btw, can you post a pic of your wheels? I wanna see the yummy wheel nuts!!

No, not kena langgar. Overlooked this when collected the car from PE. Bumper not properly fitted, as well as one of the arches.

No yummy wheel nuts dude, just 4 pieces of lock nuts. Normal looking. Decided not to get those red anodised K-Speed racing lug nuts.

Radiostar is currently out of stock. I am planning to install and in contact with the sales guy. Maybe next week or so.

It's basically a difference in the remote control only, so I guess it's boils down to a RM30 colour preference? :D Dunno yet. Will know when the time comes.

Come join us on Saturday. It should shock the Revo guys - suddenly having 3 SR3s and a suped-up Putra there in the morning :)
