Problem with starter-Toyota Vios ZC

Hi to all zth fren..Today, I got problem with my engine..When i pull the key to 'start', sound 'tek tek tek' from engine bay..Already confirm with foreman,my starter kong..I need to service the starter like carbon brush or buy new starter?..If new starter, how much for it?Thanks

mine also got tek tek sound during start in the early morning
anyone know whre can it be service??
new start cost about 1.8k
