hi there.yes its a Sti optitron meter.
due to the fact its a JDM meter the max displayed is only 180km/hr.its not the top speed though.sorry for the blur pic as its taken with 1 hand by myself during driving and using a lousy camera phone.

but my own ride..just can reach 220 km/h (putra) ^^
