Perdana SEi - GEARBOX PROBLEM

Hi ZTH members,

I need ur advice regarding my Perdana SEi.

GEARBOX PROBLEM :sad_smile:

1) bila drive 100km/h ....(gear 3 tak masuk 4) :sad_smile: :cry_smile:
2) bila masuk “D” kereta tak gerak, bila tekan pedal minyak baru boleh
gerak.....:cry_smile: :sad_smile:

any idea friend?...if buy halfcut gearbox cost me >RM1000 and if buy recond is it ok ? Atau ada cara lain n workshop yg boleh repair gearbox i yg tengah problem ni? Really need advice from ZTH members & sifu-sifu

i already asked few foreman/workshop aroud kl but they just propose to change the recond one.....normal ler kan business n profit.. :-( ....

i bought from chop shop. didnt trust the recon ones. so far 2 years after gearbox replaced, no prob whatsoever

I've experienced the same problem before. It really drove me mad. Cannot tahan anymore n then I lenjan that auto gearbox until maximum kong. That time I can only drive at maximum speed for only 20km/h.( With hazard lights on ) Heheheh!! After that I changed the transmission to the manual one. Bought from chop shop in Gombak for RM2300 plus installation. A lot more better. More pick-up. If I use auto gearbox again, the problem will come again. Just an advise.......

Chop shop tu sebelah BP opposite Sekolah Chong Hwa Jln Gombak. I bought that manual transmission almost 2 years ago la tapi... I think it's Mitsubishi S4 punye gearbox la. Kalau tak salah la..

dude, any reputable chop shop will sell the gearbox. u dont have to go to specific chop shop. just make sure when u buy the gearbox, u ask for warranty.
