I've seen this D27 a few times in bangsar too...but didnt bother too much because there are plenty of single alpha "D" plates running around....

I think it's the Austalian number plate.. judging by the fonts.. car was a Mazda CX7, anyhow.

I had a glance at it from quite a distance before the car left - it's some red sticker, different layout (and colour) to Malaysian roadtax stickers.
