hmm...tried the 4050 for about 1 day already.quite impressed..alott of features. i dont even know how to use half of them. sound quality definitely excellent.

manual is not really detailed. because it always says " use multifunction button" for most the adjustments, but it never mention anything about when to press it(eg, when unit is off, playing cd, or tuner). had to trial and error alot. anyways, like i said it is really a good player. very good clarity and most noticable is a very strong bass.

Yes, I agree with you. But once you get the hang of it, operating the unit is gonna be pretty mucha breeze! :)

Anyway, the output and clarity is improved compared to 4950 due to the 4V rca preouts! :)

Well, the text display is in blue colour, whereas the colour around the knob and keys is red. AUX is like the normal earphone jack plug in kind ...
