budget rm1700 with tires

gt 1 set at my fren place. 90% new. 7 spoke, metalic silver. ori merc c class coupe. can clear amg 4 pot brake.F 225/45/17,17x7.5, R 245/40/17 17x8.5. conti csc 2. sgd 2200
