My car got bit problem... losing black oil. Think the valve seals are koyak due to wear & tear.. so how? Got a smoking car already..just like the driver! :D

The AVCR on my car cannot function well, cant control the boost, any recommend shop to do the tunning?? Or just change to HKS EVC 5 will be better? yours suggestion is appreciate,thanks..
