Need HeLp/Guide: Buying track Car

Hi guys.. need help.. plan 2 buy a track purpose car.. what actually should i take note on? any document should I collect from the seller?

-to avoid buying a stolen car?
-avoid buying an illegal car?
-can i transfer the parts(engine parts, body parts) over 2 others road legal car? will that b illegal?

n how much would b a normal good condition track car cost..

track car.. for track purpose onli...

benefit of having a track purpose car for track only:..
-no need 2 take care on body parts..
-very much cheaper compare to road legal car..
-can modify heavily.. legal or illegal way..
-slick tires for track which is not 'so safe' for normal road usage
-extreme power engine sometimes is not safe for road usage(especially modified engine), doesn't means tat high power sports car is not safe for road... but for some driver...

back to the question... any1 can guide me on buying a track carss? on document side..
