i'm just want to ask whether the apexi avc-r can use
for n/a car or not?and if can what's the function to the n/a car.

No bro, it wun work. The AVC-R controls boost. It controls the opening of the turbo wastegate to regulate boost pressure when the desired pressure has been achieved. I think you will do a lot better with a fancy new APEXi AFC NEO, a full colored display unit for controlling the air fuel ratio for your car! This will surely work for a NA car and can prolly improve the engine performance a little. Its totally different from a AVC-R though.

Alternatively, turbocharge your ride BEFORE getting the AVC-R. :)
