Muffler? Yes? No?

Hi guys,
I was wondering if instead of getting an exhaust, I could get just a muffler??? Will it change the noise? If so, then what type of noise will it make?

yeah sure, just start with the muffler to get the torque delivery dat u want and trim the noise down with race tubes
