I am looking for owner of this car. BLR 4830

Video snap yesterday 2012AUG21 11:32pm at Tempat Rehat Behrang South Bouth.

If anyone know this owner Malay Guy in mid 25-35 please kindly inform him that he 'pickup' something when he stop there. Coincidentally I am right behind him and snap video of it. I wish he can contact me ASAP
