Looking for air filter hose adapter...fit for K&N

Hai friend .... looking for hose adapter something like my attached photo with (4" inlet and 3" outlet)...... probably will fit on K&N air filter......to connect to my 3" air ram...... thanks for the respons.... and just PM me back or reply here...... prefer around shah alam or subang or klang area.... thanks again...
