Hi,

Wondering if anyone here knows where to get R34 GTT headlamps? Mine's turning a little yellowish. Also any ideas on where to source LED tail lights?

Cheers!

Wangan has the LED taillights. As for the fronts, I've seen a pair in SS Racing.

Many thanks for the info, Innocente. May drop by Sunway this weekend to check it out.

fren... little yellowish, no need to replace laa... u go to spray shop n get the headlamp polished then is as good as new. a pair of headlamp used coz about rm2k++. not worthy unless your's broken la..

Actually, got it cleaned once in Sunway bout a year back. Costs me RM50 and the guy didn't take the headlamp cover out to polish. He just polished the outer surface. Was an OK job but still "tainted". Sigh... Well guess it's still better than RM2k! Nway, thanks for the feedback.

naklaju,
get it coated by crystal lite. Amazing product. Look like new. save 2k

I previously use a rubbing compound which worked for awhile then once day i notice hairline stratches. I then sent it for spraying another layer of clear coat. Looks brand new for now...but where is Crystal lite...

my head lamps is spray one layer of clear coat too, last longer. I see someone took out the head lamp and wash before, look even newer.

remus & Driftmeister, crystalite uses nano technology to coat your headlamp into crystal. It uses a chemical called "sol-gel" bond on the headlamp surface, revitalize the headlamp clear and glitter like crystals. Our 8 members from JSOC did it during the USTC last week. All said amazing. Try it out.

polish headlights like new

i know there is one shop (last corner shop in sunway facing sunway college field) that refurbishes headlights or any car lights.

he takes apart the whole light and cleans/ polishes every bit before resealing everything. i've seen the results..really good.

costs about RM300 (i think) per pair headlight and almost whole day.

don't have time to go do it yet so really this is based on what i see in his shop, not my own experience.

worth a try?

you can find him at the side of the shop, he does car polishing as well.

my 2 cents worth

Mozz
