rollakid...ke70 870kg.. :o ...really aaa...i'm a bit confused how can the ae86 2 door weighs heavier than the 4 door ke70,yes it has bigger engine and all,but really that all coz it 90kg heavier aaa ,so if a std ke70 with std 4ag inside,with all the same std ae86 drivetrain,fight with a std ae86,the ke70 would win right due to lower weight...i'm not so sure coz never test it before...870kg is lighter than a 1.3 wira izzit..ermm...something i always wanna know for a few yrs already...maybe can go to jpj's jambatan timbang... :D

870 for non JDM model, 830 for JDM model, my car is shipped from japan, in pieces, locally assembled... so dunno whats the weight..

have to consider the engine, gearbox, drive shaft, and rear axle. all should be heavier..

86 hatchback is 30kg more than its coupe counterpart as well.. the coupe AE86 only 930KG

KE70 saloon 4 doors around 920 kg
KE70 wagon 4 doors around 940 kg

TE71/2 liftback 2 doors around 950 kg

TE71/72 coupe 2 doors confirm 970 kg

I forgot the exact figure but not below 900 kg for sure. That's from the haynes manual I read from kinukuniya, long time already I forgot exact figure.

Except I remember very clearly the coupe, smallest in length, but widest in body, lowest in height and lowest in ride height, is the most heavy.

Can fight AE86 :) hahahahhahaa

Surprisingly the KE70 = 2nd longest in length, highest in height, thiniest in width and highest in ride height is the lightest.
