The following vacancy has become available:
Customer Service Executive
(CentrePoint, Bandar Utama - Selangor)​

Responsibilities:
. Able to handle incoming/outgoing calls from/to customers/client from allocated database (technical background preferred).
. Able to comprehend our product range (please visit Cal-Lab Lightning Isolators for more information) and apply it to walk in customers/clients.
. Able to service multiple walk-in customers at a time.
. Able to organize information methodically onto allocated database.

Requirements:
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese, Mandarin will be an advantage)
. Own a valid drivers license.
