SALES COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
• Support Sales team in documentation and correspondence to all enquiries from customers
• Handling of customers enquiries and service coordination
• Prepare reports, quotations and documentation related to the sales & service department
• Following up on sales leads, quotations & payments.
• Coordinate between customers & supplier for order delivery
• Perform any other clerical duty that may be required such as binding, typing, filing, faxing out documents and etc.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level in any field
• At least 1 year related working experience in similar capacity
• Able to communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Able to read and write Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• A good team player
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to start work immediately.
