We currently have a requirement for candidates for the BSM Solution Consultant position. Note that it is a Pre-sales role for all the Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, LANDesk and Tivoli solutions.
Vacant Position: BSM Solution Consultant
Job Level: 52 or 53
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To execute sales plan to achieve sales targets, win new business and achieve customer satisfaction.
- To participate in Business Service Management proposals, tender preparation, product demonstration and negotiation of contract terms.
- Analyze existing and new business market opportunities including extensive marketing research and business development.
- To engage customers at the C-level.
- To execute Sales Strategy in Business Service Management Solutions for Upsell and Cross-sell.
- To participate and work closely with Sales, Pre-sales and cross functional team.
- To determine Marketing Plan with Sales and Principles for demand generations.
- To provide accurate sales forecast and sales information for management.
- To develop and maintain good relationship with working partners & principles including client relationships and network.
- To influence the outcome of a meeting or business proposal.
- To work as a team player within the company and with partners and principles.
- To understand and resolve client business issues.
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related.
- Strong Account Management skills (coverage of customers).
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
- Proven sales performance, superior negotiation skill with a drive to succeed and results-driven.
- Past experience in CA, Tivoli, BMC, HP or Microsoft management solutions will be advantage.
- Understanding of the Network, Systems and ITSM market will be advantage.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
- Must be a proactive and a team player with good analytical mind and problem solving skills.
