Salary Package: RM2,500 - RM8,000

Location: Cyberjaya


-- Requirements / Qualification --

- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Able to read, write, type and speak Japanese and English, STRONG communication skills, basic computer skills
- Required language(s): English, Japanese
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service/Call Center or equivalent.
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY


-- Job Description --

- Inbound and outbound call
- Record customer issues accurately
- Process cases that are submitted by customers
- End-to-end case management (initial,track and close the cases)
- Communicate with technical experts via phone and emails
- Follow up with customer via phone calls and emails as needed to resolve issues
