Help..rpm cannot go higher..

Hi there..
my car window just got crashed last night..it was an attempt to steal the car..
anyway, the only thing missing is my rsm as its been ripped off and my glass shattering everywhere in the car..

so now the real problem,as i drove the car, my rpm can onlu reach 3-4, and the will kick back and my check engine light suddenly appear. i dont think it is because of O2 sensor as my car use hondata kpro, supposedly has already bypass the thing..

if let say the rsm 'sudah kena potong', does it affecting the car ecu as i mentioned my rpm problem? my gear also suddenly feels hard to shift into the 5th gear..and then my car a bit 'sempot'..can any1 help me..appreciate if you guys can recommend reliable and trusted workshop around Johor Bahru to do my car..

Maybe when he pulled the RSM he might also have pulled any of the joined wires loose from the ECU.. just my opinion.. check your wiring..

he didn't pull it..he just cut it off..does it affecting the prob im having?
