Example of calculation :
1. Credit Limit : RM5000
(note: if you had using all the credit limit I’m sure that minimum payment will be up to RM250 rite? If you deduct finance charges, what is actually you are paying not to mention 18% interest per year)
2. *Our company will charge your card RM5000 and convert it to easy payment 0% interest for example 3 years (RM5000 / 3 years = RM138.89 per month) so after this bank will charge only RM138.89 per month WITHOUT any interest charge if you paid full of the amount charged every month
3. *From the RM5000, our company will charge service fees 6.34% per year (RM5000 x 6.34% x 3 yrs = RM950). The service fees is just similar to current personal loan interest offered by most bank :-)
4. So the cash you’ll receive RM5000 – RM950 = RM4050
5. If you have outstanding balance with the card, let say RM1000 our company will settle on-the-spot and the balance (RM4050 – RM1000 = RM3050 ) will be given to you.
6. After this you only need to pay RM138.89 every month that bank will charge in your credit card statement for 3 years (EON Bank can go up to 5 years)
Benefit :
- Good for those who want fast cash for personal (Sport Rims, Bodykit,
)@ business use etc.
- Lower down credit card interest from 18% to 5%-6% as well as monthly minimum payment up to 40%
